IN 20XX, corporate agents known as FIXERS engage in high-stakes battles against others in a bid to complete their jobs. Many fixers exploit PUNCH CARD VIRUSES, which can take control or damage any object connected to the  time-worn wild west of ARPANET--these can range from weapons to appliances to concrete mixers. You are one of these fixers living in a LOW-TECH, LOW-LIFE DYSTOPIA, and you must work to survive each tomorrow.
